2025 Conference Sponsorship

The American Association for the History of Nursing (AAHN) is dedicated to advancing research and sharing knowledge about the history of nursing and healthcare. We invite you to support our mission by becoming a sponsor at the 42nd Annual Conference, taking place October 16–18, 2025, in Wilmington, NC.

Sponsors will receive:

• Logo placement and a link to their website on the AAHN conference sponsor page
• Recognition in the online program
• A sponsor ribbon on their name badge
• Acknowledgment during the opening session
• Recognition at the Friday night reception

Suggested Sponsorship Levels:

• Silver:            $250
• Gold:              $500
• Platinum:     $1,000
• Diamond:     $2,000

We also welcome $1,000 sponsorships specifically for the Friday Reception, which includes signage recognizing your support outside the reception area.

Sponsors may designate an individual or organization that they wish to honor. Honorees will be listed along with the sponsor’s names on the AAHN conference sponsor page. 

Platinum and Diamond sponsors will receive an invitation to the Friday night reception and may set up a table in the conference area. 

We kindly encourage sponsors to confirm their support by September 26, 2025 to be included in all conference materials.
